On a commercial basis, he has undertaken an amazing array of unusual and interesting projects. These include numerous renovations of various parts of the London Hotel in Balmain NSW; Stage 6 and 6A of the Parks Retirement Village in Cairns QLD; construction of two 7-storey buildings and landscaping structures on the side of a steep hill in Yeppoon QLD; the setting out of the Sunrise Viewing Platform Track at the Kata Tjuku (Uluru, Ayers Rock) National Park for the Northern Territory Government; an upmarket shop fitting project at Double Bay, an underground car park at Pyrmont and others too numerous to mention.
As a highly skilled and in-demand Site and Project Manager, Richard has been involved in a wide range of commercial construction projects, such as structural landscaping and stormwater drainage, skillion and pergola roofs in poly carbonate or Colorbond, Shotcreting and shoring systems, steel structures and construction, sandstone excavations and numerous other associated works with the projects.
